Léonard Glowinski a travaillé 10 ans chez Pathé où il était Directeur Général Adjoint en charge des Productions Internationales. Il a notamment coproduit Astérix et Obélix : Mission Cléopâtre, Deux Frères, Alexander The Great, Le Scaphandre et le Papillon. Il a ensuite dirigé la production France et Europe chez Studiocanal pendant 2 ans.
En 2012, il crée 22h22, société de production indépendante, dont la première production Pop Redemption sort en 2014.
22h22 a depuis produit, en tant que producteur délégué, aussi bien des longs-métrages que des séries, pour la France ou l’international.
Parallèlement, 22h22 a coproduit de nombreux films internationaux tels que A Hologram for the King avec Tom Hanks, I.T. avec Pierce Brosnan ou encore Outcast avec Nicolas Cage.
